We will ship your order via UPS (United Parcel Service) to target its arrival based on your shipping selection. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been verified, which may take between 24 and up to 48 hours. If you need to have a gift order delivered on a specific date, please use 1-Day delivery to guarantee the delivery date. Please understand that orders will only be guaranteed to ship on business days (Monday-Friday). As such, orders placed on a weekend or holiday are not guaranteed to be shipped until the next available business day, so please plan accordingly. We cannot extend our guarantees to orders which are given incorrect addresses. Our delivery rates are calculated by adding a portion of the cost to ship to each product ordered, see the chart below for more clarity.  We also add a flat fee of $3 to each order to cover any additional shipping expenses that are not accounted for in this method when shipping across various states. Please understand that some delivery delays may apply to areas due to extreme weather conditions or seasonal setbacks. We thank you in advance for your understanding of these rare occurrences.
